Pakistan skipper Bisma Maroof-led Amazons clinched a comprehensive 41-run win in the second match on Friday, 10th March. Amazons scored 204 in 20 overs courtesy an unbeaten 97 from Danni Wyatt. Skipper Maroof also complemented with a half century in the match.
Chasing the big total, Super Women’s Lauren Winfield-Hill scored 80 off 42 balls. However other batters failed to provide support and the team led by Nida Dar lost by 41 runs. The Super Women now aim to make a comeback in the decider.
Like the previous game, one can expect another high-scoring encounter at the Rawalpindi Stadium. Super Women will have to get their act together in the batting department. The team missed Laura Wolvaardt, who helped them clinch victory in the first match with a half-century. The bowlers too struggled to contain the Amazons batter and the team hopes for turnaround of fortunes.

Meanwhile Amazons made a good comeback after losing the first match by 8 wickets. Danni Wyatt and Maroof will look to continue their form with the bat. In terms of their bowling, Anam Amin shined with the ball in the previous match with a four-wicket haul.
