Bengal Warriors has had a good start to the season and are currently on the second spot. After losing their first match of the season against Haryana Steelers, they won their next two matches against Telugu Titans and Bengaluru Bulls and are now eyeing their third successive victory. Maninder Singh yet again is the man who is leading the Warriors raiding department he snatched Super 10s in both their previous matches,, playing a crucial role in the team’s victory. Meanwhile in defence, Girish Maruti Ernak has done a wonderful job so far this season. He has a tital of 14 tachle points from three matches and is leading the most tackle points leaderboard of the season currently. Bengal Warriors enter the upcoming contest as the favourite.
Meanwhile, Patna Pirates have endured a poor start to the season. They are yet to win a single match in this season. They started the season with a tie against Puneri Paltan and lost their next two matches against Jaipur Pink Panthers and Telugu Titans. The Pirates, who were the finalist in the last edition of the league are in desperate need for a victory. Pirates raiders Sachin and Rohit Gulia has done a good job so far having scored 22 rid points each in the season so far. However their defence has been a letdown. Against a strong Bengal Warriors they need to find ways in order to end their losing streak.
