India Women will battle it out with Pakistan Women in the ongoing Commonwealth Games 2022 on Sunday. Both teams are coming off a loss in their first games. India lost to Australia, while Pakistan lost to Barbados. This will be an important match for both teams as they will be eyeing a win in the showpiece event.

India Men’s Hockey team will also begin their campaign against Ghana while champion boxer Nikhat Zareen will begin her action in the Women’s 50 kg Round of 16 bout. Meanwhile, Jeremy Lalrinnunga who won gold in weighlifting in youth olympics will be making his Commonwealth debut. The youngster will look to add another medal in Weighlifting as the nation has already won three medals in the sport in this edition of the Games.
